They had an "International Monitor" on the radio being interviewed during the news segment. His name was Judge "Something Unintelligible" and he was from South Africa.

He claimed that he was worried that disenfranchised voters would not be allowed to vote (duh). He was especially concerned that former felons would not be allowed to vote.

Understand, these people are not here to monitor our elections, but to gain ammunition to criticize our "unfair" election rules. This is so that, in the event of a Bush victory, they have standing to criticize the President on a world stage.
