The MSM blew their first story on actual voting on 2 November. There are TWO New Hampshire communities that vote at midnight. Dixville Notch has been doing this for decades. The other town (name escapes me) recently decided to horn in on the publicity.

The 15-15-1 vote was from the OTHER town. DV has the "corrected" vote. The vote didn't change. The MSM just blew the story. Quelle Surprise,

Congressman Billybob

"Ignore some of the earlier posts. The title erroneously was showing a 15-15 tie instead of 19-7 so those early posters were commenting on that"

I agree it is not significant. My complaint has more to do with the media in Boston. It's an ongoing battle for me. Channel 5 in Boston had a guy up in Dixville Notch, or at least that is where he was supposed to be, but they couldn't even get it right. The Boston media is so deep int he tank for the Dems, that is why the state is so Democat. The Boston media is the worse I've ever seen. I couldn't even get a phone number from their website to call the newsroom so they could correct the story.
You are right, we are up and we will stay there.

There are no registered Democrats in Dixville Notch, population 33, and just five in Hart's Location, which has 39 residents.

Media Schadenfreude and Media Shenanigans PING

An hour in and the MSM is ALREADY botching the reporting of the results. Is that some kind of record?

Dixville NH : National:

2000 George W. Bush - George W. Bush 1996 Robert Dole - William Clinton 1992 George H.W. Bush - William Clinton 1988 George H.W. Bush - George H.W. Bush 1984 Ronald Reagan - Ronald Reagan

So DN has gone with the winner during every presidential election (at least from '84). I bet we won't hear the MSM announcing that fact. Boy, do I hope this bears out in the end result for the rest of the country.

The good people of Dixville Notch enjoy this premier position in the vast American electorate -- they always vote first in the nation's first presidential primary and in the November election, too -- because of one man who did not vote today.

Neil Tillotson died in 2001 at the age of 102. He was the longtime owner of the Balsams, a Grand Hotel-style resort where the voting takes place. Tillotson, who made a fortune in the rubber business and holds the patent on the toy balloon, bought the Balsams in 1954. His family also owns 15,000 surrounding acres and a rubber-products plant a short distance from the hotel.

The MSM screwed up twice? LOL!!!

OMG! We should be holding bets on how many false calls before the election is over. If they can't even get a handfull of votes properly related, they are going to be a disaster attempting to relate millions. And isn't it susprising both mistakes favored Kerry.

No, Bill Clinton won twice and they didn't predict that. Maybe, it's because of VOTER FRAUD during those years.
