On this election eve, watch them and remember...

Tonight it is an appropriate time to remind ourselves why we are at war. And who is the best man to lead us. In August, my son received this from one of his sargeants... http://members.cox.net/classicweb/Heroes/heroes.htm
this one I came across while surfing... http://www.josephgoss.com/standdown.wmv
Both are great reminders.
TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: sergeants
Keep in mind while watching...John Kerry voted against many of the military weapons and planes that you will see.

We are at War? Really, I have been smoking stuff with my Berkley buddies, I didn't know we are at war,but since we are always wrong, then surely this is the wrong war and the wrong time, since war always is, unless fought by the UN.

well i joined up late ...... didn't know you existed and by some strange set of events i found FR.
Now all my friends (59+) use FR and i hope they pay for the time. I do . i have enjoyed it mostly ..... and find it very informative. my wife and i have left MSM completely for news..... the closest we get is Fox Cable.
Any way not matter what happens... thanks for being here and doing what you do..
God Bless American and George W. Bush.
and yes we voted early ...... but only once each...

the Blood of Heros is an awesome piece !
The first time I came across it it reduced me to tears,
I just sat at my keyboard and cried.
The second time I watched it I got angry.
I am soooo glad we have a good President that is not holding
back and going after these bastards that did this.
It is my 'single' issue that this vote is all about.

Hello,
Welcome to both you and your wife. FR is a wonderful (if somewhat addicting) place to spend your on-line time. Good call re: giving up on the MSM (which, of course, is now known as the Old Media).
Hope you enjoy, and I am, Glad to be here, MOgirl

The UN must laundry their oil money before they can conduct a war. Actually before they can do anything.
Note the UN is still trying to find a solution to Sudan 12 months after the fact. Maybe they are trying to do a one up on Rwanda

Dear Gibtx - Welcome to Free Republic. I am relatively new myself - and this is an addictive place -- but -- like talk radio - it's a healthy addiction!! I, too, have completely given up on the MSM - they are worthless - actually, worse than worthless, because some people unknowingly watch and believe what they hear/see. I started watching Fox News during at the inception of the Iraqi War and used to fall asleep watching it. (The True Reality T.V. Show!) Now I can't even watch Fox for fear I will have to see Kerry's face or hear his voice - it's truly repulsive to me. I have to guard my heart and mind during this nailbiting election season. Let's hope and pray it is all over tomorrow night and our President emerges with an overwhelming VICTORY!!

Welcome to FR. I also joined late but can't tell you how much of a comfort this site has been. I live overseas where the majority of other expats are extremely anti-Bush and it is a breath of fresh air to come in on this site and get a bit of my sanity back.
Keep on FReeping and God Bless the US and George W Bush, our president for the next four years.
