INTERVENTION TO HEAD OFF ELECTION LOSS

DASCHLE LAWYERS GO TO FEDERAL COURT AT 8:00 PM TONIGHT TO STEAL VOTES, ELIMINATE REPUBLICAN POLL WATCHERS

SIOUX FALLS – Anticipating a loss to Republican challenger John Thune tomorrow ending his 26-year congressional career, Senator Tom Daschle will seek federal judicial intervention in the election process tonight, Monday, November 1 during an emergency hearing in federal court in Sioux Falls at 8:00 PM.

The hearing will be before Federal Judge Larry Piersol who was appointed by Daschle to federal court and served as Daschle’s personal legal counsel in 1978.

“This is nothing short of an attempt to steal an election Tom Daschle knows he is about to lose tomorrow,” said Thune for Senate campaign manager Dick Wadhams. “Daschle’s goon lawyers will seek to get Republican poll watchers removed from reservations and for voters to lose their right to vote.”

Lawyers representing Tom Daschle successfully called for the hearing tonight in front of Daschle-appointed Judge Piersol.

The Pennington County Auditor was informed earlier today that Daschle lawyers will seek to ban the counting of legitimate absentee ballot requests in Pennington County tomorrow, Election Day, morning.

Dashole is even trying to stop valid votes from being counted? Where is it in the law that candidates can simply stop an election because they're losing?

I hope Thune wins in a landslide. Dashole has earned it!

Well, I am a bit suprised that little Tommy's petition to the court didn't include a demand that Thune withdraw from the race because Tommy had delcared himself King.

Shouldn't this judge recuse himself?

Al Gore should burn in hell for what he has unleashed in this country. Despicable!

That was my immediate thought four years ago. They are ever more brazenly emboldened in the frauds.

Dear Tom:

I would suggest Bekins Van Lines. I've tried some others, but they weren't as careful as I would have liked, and they broke some of our stuff... On a long distance move like D.C. to South Dakota, safety is really the biggest concern. I know it wont just be a home you're moving, but 26 years of memories... And I can't recommend a better moving company than Bekins to care for those memories.

Good luck in your future endeavors...

Very truly yours,

THC

I would appreciate a ping if you get back soon. It is unconscionable for a Federal Court or Federal Judge to accept such a lawsuit so close to an election. Daschle has had weeks to file such a suit, and the Federal Court should tell him he should have filed earlier and to buzz off.

Whatever happens in the presidential election tomorrow, if Daschle goes down I will be a happy man.

Not exactly the head line Tommy would want in tomorrow's paper if he was indeed a front runner. I doubt SD citizens want to be seen as Florida II. Put a fork in the smarmy little turd. He's done. NEXT!

There is only one reason to rush to court on the night before the election on a Hail Mary play. Thats because you are sure beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will lose if you don't. Thats a fact.

So we know for sure what Daschle's internals say, and what his campaign people say.

Just going to court has a risk of blowback. You don't do it unless ya gotta. And Tommy....well....he gotta.

Daschle never appointed anyone to Federal Court unless he became President when I wasn't looking.

And therein lays a good point. I would bet that about 95% of Dim voters think that Bush took the 2000 election into the courts. The FACT is that it was Gore who took the ’00 election into the courts. When the 7 Democrats on the Florida Supreme Court attempted to rewrite Florida election law to favor Gore, SCOTUS stepped in and said no. Never miss a chance to remind lobbies of these facts.
