INTERVENTION TO HEAD OFF ELECTION LOSS
DASCHLE LAWYERS GO TO FEDERAL COURT AT 8:00 PM TONIGHT TO STEAL VOTES, ELIMINATE REPUBLICAN POLL WATCHERS
SIOUX FALLS Anticipating a loss to Republican challenger John Thune tomorrow ending his 26-year congressional career, Senator Tom Daschle will seek federal judicial intervention in the election process tonight, Monday, November 1 during an emergency hearing in federal court in Sioux Falls at 8:00 PM.
The hearing will be before Federal Judge Larry Piersol who was appointed by Daschle to federal court and served as Daschles personal legal counsel in 1978.
This is nothing short of an attempt to steal an election Tom Daschle knows he is about to lose tomorrow, said Thune for Senate campaign manager Dick Wadhams. Daschles goon lawyers will seek to get Republican poll watchers removed from reservations and for voters to lose their right to vote.
Lawyers representing Tom Daschle successfully called for the hearing tonight in front of Daschle-appointed Judge Piersol.
The Pennington County Auditor was informed earlier today that Daschle lawyers will seek to ban the counting of legitimate absentee ballot requests in Pennington County tomorrow, Election Day, morning.
Tommy's just following the DNC playbook. We shouldn't be surprised.
Translation ... Dashole can't cheat if he's being watched
Bring your RIFLES! Pitchforks are optional!
The night before the elections, and already Lil'Tommy is deeply saddened.
I'm not advocating violence. But the truth is that if citizens are not allowed to peacefully select their representatives through fair elections, they will forcefully make their preferences known. Not an encouragement to do so; an observation.
Daschle is playing with fire. He must not be allowed to facilitate anarchy.
I'm...saddened
The United States Attorney for the District of South Dakota has taken a lead on this issue. He issued a statement saying the order was invalid and he directed federal law enforcement to ignore the tribal court order. We have analyzed the court order and we agree with the US Attorney's position. Because these events are occurring in Indian country, the US Attorney has much greater authority to oversee this dispute.

Tom Dashle will not steal the election again.
Oglala order could prevent GOP poll watching on Pine Ridge

It appears to me that Democrats are gearing up for massive voter fraud.
PLEASE do whatever possible to allow poll watchers at these polling locations.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
If I may speak directly: Daschle is a despicable liar. His reputation as a folksy, likable Senator is 100% phony. I hope he goes down in flames tomorrow.
I think that's in a different circuit (see post #12, OH is in circuit 6 and ND is in 8). Since it's a different court, they could rule differently. Daschle was just smart enough to wait until the last second, that's all... what a weasel. This is a subversion of our legal system.
I think he is really scared. I am from his hometown...he has changed. Thune will win.
My guess is this could kill Daschle. SD is a repub state. I would be totally p.o.'ed at this action by Daschle if I were a repub supporting him. This may well drive some repub votes over to Thune. Hopefully, the reservation vote will become irrelevant.
Sorry, but this is a NEW LAWSUIT filed tonight at 8:00 p.m. in Sioux Falls!
The 6th Circuit decision is persuasive in the eyes of the law, not binding. Hopefully, SD voters will be embarrassed by Tiny Tommys cupcake conduct and show him the door.
Al Gore should burn in hell for what he has unleashed in this country. Despicable!
FOX News Just mentioned it! Hopefully all nat. media will get it
