Correction: The court that overturned the unlawful rulings of 2 federal judges in Ohio was the SIXTH Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, OH.
I'm sure Michael Moore is salivating. Of course, judging from his girth, that is not saying much.
Guess voter fraud will be hard to come by in Ohio now won't it?? I love it! Republicans better be scrambling to have people at every voter polling place! This is great news y'all! Lets' have more coming!
bust out laughing!!!!!
The Ohio Supreme Court's mandamus and this Federal ruling are the one-two punch. There's no way this SCOTUS, shorthanded, touches this thing, which btw sounds in direct contradiction to the plain language of the statute.
In short, we win.
You know, besides having gone through this in 2000, so they know what to do, I just know that Bush is not the giving up kind of person.
What has Kerry ever had to work hard for? He quit after 4 months in Vietnam when it got kinda scary and hard. He has married two wealthy women so he has never has to worry about money or actually work hard for it. As we have come to find out being a senator means never having to do any work. If a person has never had to work hard to achieve, or persevere to succeed, that person may crumble under pressure.
This is great news. No cheating. Follow the rules. That's the conservative, Republican way.
The fricking Democrats will cheat and not feel guilty about it.
I will pray for a Bush victory in Kentucky. Pray also for repub victories in close US Senate races in KY, LA, CO, SD, NC, & AK.
LINK PLEASE?
Where is this on Fox site??? I can't find it.
Just for the record, fifth Circuit is Texas and Louisiana.
You've got a prayer parter here in Maryland and D.C.
Teraaza Heinz-Kerry, has a clause in her pre-nupt, that says that Kerry has to make her the First Lady, of the U.S.A. Or else.
THANK YOU CINCY, from this Ohio gal!
This is the ONLY way we can have a fair election process in Ohio.
The moderator just pulled a post regarding the Fox news item which was about the Federal Circuit court.....
I spent three hours of the day today gathering a single absentee vote from a beautiful old lady stuck in a nursing home. Here is the process I had to go through....Visit the lady and get her signature on an absentee ballot request which I also had to sign in her presence. Drive 30 minutes to the county clerk to submit the ballot request. There, they took my I.D., verified my signature and her signature matched their electronic record, verified we both lived where we said we lived, and then handed me a very well sealed envelope with the ballot inside. I then took that ballot back to her, she filled it out, we both signed the outside of the envelope, and I then drove another 30 minutes to a second county office to submit her vote. There, they revalideted my I.D. and her info. So where was all this tight security...In the Tony Saprano, scandal plagued, Lautenberg currupted state of New Jersey. If things are that tight here, they can't be THAT bad in other states. I'm growing less concerned about voter fraud.
By the way, all the trouble was worth it. One more vote for W.
Like I said, I know the 3d and 9th. LOL.
