Get out and vote for Bush!!That is what Rush Limbaugh said at the close of the second hour of his show today. I was hoping he'd encourage HIGH turnout to vote for Bush. And he did.
He is right, too. Bush needs a BIG win, not just a win, imho. I voted early
already, so I'm IN with my vote for Bush!!
I urge EVERYBODY!:
GO to the polls and vote for Bush. Take your friends with you to do the same. If you know any Zell Miller type Democrats that support Bush and they are voting for him, take them as well.
Vote EARLY to avoid the rush, and remember:
IGNORE ANYTHING IN THE MEDIA YOU HEAR (i.e., making a fast, early call in Florida for Kerry, etc.). WE CAN AVOID A REPEAT OF THE FLORIDA ELECTION DEBACLE OF 2000 THIS YEAR IF GOP TURNOUT IS STRONG, imho.

I need some advice. My daughter has a dentist's appointment at 11:30 and I'm trying to decide if I should vote before or after the appointment. Will the polls be less crowded at 6 am or during the day when everyone is at work?
Gonna be at the polls bright and early tomorrow before I go to work...I know if I don't, someone at work will come up with some petty problem that they perceive to be a major crisis (I literally work with rocket scientists and they live up to the moniker) and I won't be able to get away and my polling place is an hour's drive from work...never fails when I try to take off early for any reason : )
Hopefully in NY there will be enough Ed Koch types who will vote for the President. I tend to be more in the Libertarian camp, but because of the war on terror I have to stand with Bush. Yes, I believe he made some mistakes as far as being prepared for the guerilla war our troops are now faced with. (blame Rummy)----but what does one do? Abandon ship in the middle of the ocean? I think not. Besides, a vote for Kerry? I'd rather overdose on Ex Lax.

Florida requires TWO IDs, which are computer checked against the registered voter database, and you have to be in the correct precinct.
Anyone can just walk in Ohio wo/ID and that bothers the heck out of me. And of course there you have no observer challenges - we do.

I would guess 10 to 11 and 1:30 to 3 would be good times. Miss the folks going to work and the moms going right after school starts. Either way I bet you have to wait....with LOTS of conservatives!!!
My vote is already in....I can't wait until GWB is giving his victory speech tomorrow night (hopefully tomorrow)
The Wasll Street Journal Opinion Journal political commectary section $3.95) a month has an article about Jeb's secret weapon for the election of Florida - Cuban Americans and Jewish Americans.
I tried to sign up with a credit card to find out what it said. I would post a comment but obviously not post the whole article due to copyright issues. The WSJ sign up is screwy. I tried twice but gave up.
Did anyone read the article? Jeb is a smart guy and is well liked in Florida. He has worked hard to build bridges with many supporters.
I know that older Cuban American vote is solid and the Jewish American vote is growing.
I am so glad we had early voting in Texas.
Yes, I will definitely be waiting with lots of conservatives at my polling place. It would be hell to have to wait in line for two hours with a bunch of liberals. And thanks for the advice. :-)
I've already voted too -- and I'm doing phoning for GOTV. But I think we all need to keep praying, especially that the Lord will protect Bush from voter fraud.
Voted Early Ballot here in AZ will be working my Co-workers to get them out and voting... For GWB of course! :) Thanks Meek!
