Good morning, freepers. As you may already know, this is where we place links to other Terri threads at Free Republic and other breaking news about Terri Schindler-Schiavo.

In addition, this is a place to meet and plan ways to use grassroots activism to help Terri's Fight.

As far as what can Free Republic do for Terri's Fight, in the November Dailies Thread (here), please consider joining us.

The pay isn't very good lol but it is rewarding to help Terri nonetheless. Terri's life has as much value as anyone else's. The right to die movement needs a counter-balance. That freepers, is where we come in. TO JOIN TERRI'S FREEPERS, I would ask that newbies and old guard Terri freepers do a post to join us under our new name: TERRI'S FREEPERS.

FV, please sign me up for Terri's Freepers. There's still a lot to be done, and this won't be the last time we'll have to do it.

I hope that those responsible for Terri's situation won't think this is over with when the final court decision is reached, no matter how that decision goes. There's so much information suggesting that so many illegalities have been committed. They should all be followed up.

Field report -

On Sunday, the minister of Florence Baptist Temple in Florence, SC preached on the right to life. He made a scriptural case that the right to life is the basic God-granted right; and that those who aren't pro-life are being un-Christian, un-Biblical, and are opposing what God has ordained. He didn't limit the sermon to abortion - he applied this to euthanasia. Then he outlined the euthanasia movement here and in Europe; indicted "medical ethicists" and "bioethicists" by name; gave details of a UN conference that addressed when it's acceptable to euthanize the sick and disabled. (Along with a general warning about the UN.) Then he warned that the US is on the verge of becoming a society where people are euthanized when someone - an administrator, a judge, etc. - decides they're no longer useful; and that once that starts, it'll expand to include more and more people. Finally, he concluded that a society will be judged by how it treats its weakest and most defenseless; and people of the "pro-death" movement will be judged according to "as you have done to the least of these...."

I'm reporting this for two reasons. 1) This is a huge mega-church, and very influential. 2) The sermon was broadcast on TV, on a station that is heard in all of eastern SC and NC - including populous areas like Myrtle Beach, Ft. Bragg, Columbia, and the western suburbs of Charlotte.

Though he didn't mention Terri by name, I'm pretty sure he knows. But just in case he doesn't, info on terrisfight.org is being forwarded, and possibly a follow-up call.

Felos also told the Tribune that it might be time to advise his client to stop his efforts to end Terri's life.

Translation: "Michael's running out of money for my legal fees, so I'm out of here."


May God continue to protect Terri Schiavo.

Felos won't give up his quest to murder Terri. He's made similiar comments in the past where it appeared he may give up the case. Terri will always be in danger as long as Michael Schiavo is the legal guardian.

Felos and Michael are obsessed with ending Terri's life at whatever cost. They won't give up easily.

George Felos filed his appeal today with the 2nd District Court of Appeals. Felos is appealing Judge George Greer's stay of Terri's execution. Felos wants to remove Terri's feeding tube as quickly as possible.

Well, of course he does! And I'm sure the ACLU has come up with a little of their own money so that he stays the course.

Today, the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation has learned that Michael Schiavo, through his attorney, George Felos has filed a motion to vacate stay with the 2nd District Court of Appeals in response to the Sixth Circuit's issuance of a stay pending exhaustion of appeals of the Memorandum of Law.

This comes in the same day in which the St. Petersburg Times reported that Mr. Schiavo would possibly not engage in the appeal process.
