One of my friends in grad school had seen it over 100 times. I guess his tape was finally beginning to deterioriate to the point he couldn't watch it anymore.
Sadly I've seen it much too many times for my own good as well, but nothing close to that.

My hard rock luvin hubby admitted he went to a Barry Manilow concert 20 years ago with an old girlfriend who liked Manilow. Manilow is (or was) coming to PHX. I told hubby I wouldn't mind going and from the reaction I got, I realized it wasn't going to happen.

I used to own an AMC Pacer.
I once serenaded the Hizbullah in Beirut with an a capella rendition of Warren Zevon's "Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner." (The International Criminal Court still has a open warrant for my arrest on charges of copyright infringement and really s***ty singing.)
I did BOTH the "YMCA" and "Macarena" at a father-daughter dance. (Worse, I was dumb enough to get videotaped. But my daughter thinks I'm way cool.)
I never got over the Simpson verdict, either. To this day I don't refer to orange juice as that man's name and when my kids do they quickly say, "I mean, orange juice". :)
No problem ... I think I lost interest when the scooter-riding stuffed animals showed up, but maybe I'll stay awake next time. I tried to watch the prequels, but either I feel asleep, or went back to FR. I still think the original "Star Wars" is fun, though.

I already have my daughter's clothes prepared for Wednesday morning...........daddy will be handling getting her on the bus for school!!! Like you I'm not calling it a night until it's over.
