I never did understand why someone would only vote for a candidate if they agreed with the candidate 100% of the time. Heck, I don't agree with my hubby 100% of the time and I married him. Oh well, I guess common sense in this day and age has "gone to hell in a handbasket" as my sainted grandmother used to say.
A wise old timer taught me a simple rule of thumb.
If your candidate agrees with you 100% of the time one of you is lying.
That's not the issue. The problem is that he's wrong on so very many issues, and that domestic spending has grown faster on his watch than even on Clinton's. The problem is fundamental, not superficial.
Your grandmother was right. I agree with you, you are not going to agree with the President on everything, but vote for the one who most closely fits your beliefs! He also when elected has to remember that he represents the whole country, if he has any integrity.
