MIAMI — If they can get in the door, observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe will be keeping an outsider's eye on the U.S. voting process Tuesday...

They are not from this country. They have no business sticking their noses into our election.
They are from "outside" this country.
So they feel like -ah, who they are?

They are outsiders and our constitution reserves for STATES the right to monitor and over see elections in each state. NOT some outsiders... which these people are.

I have some concerns these guys will attempt to be used by the MSM if Bush wins to back up the dems all to obvious plans to sink this election.
