Those numbers sound great. And if this is coming from CBS theyre probably even better.
The only thing that has me disturbed now is the Gallup poll showing Kerry ahead in FL. I hope Polipundit referring to it as "laughable" is accurate. I find it hard to believe too, since Bush was up there by 8 just 6 days ago! But something has to account for that swing.
I guess the Dems can have FL if Gallup is right about Bush picking up PA and WI, and holding on to OH!
This post looks like West Coast Conservative's 1 minute and 1/2 earlier.
Don't worry about those polls. If these internals are correct, no way is Kerrry going to get anywhere near the White House. The driving issue of the election is, "who is going to keep us safe?" And on that issue alone, the mo's breaking for Bush. It may be too soon to tell how big he will win by but I don't have doubt the fat lady has been singing for some time now.
Florida cannot have an 11 point swing in one week or Bush leading in PA.
It means nothing or Kerry and Bush both would be down there. As it is Kerry is spending his last day in the Midwest and NOT in the Florida with its 27 edlectoral votes. Both their internal polls are saying that Florida is in the Bush column.
Somebody reported that Gallup was using a 4% higher democrat sample. That might easily explain their poll difference from a high of 54% down to 49%. And .. the fact that repubs always poll worse on weekends .. which is what the democrats have been waiting for. Why give a final poll TODAY .. why not give a final poll tomorrow - when repubs get higher %. I think you already know the answers.
