You're right, of course. A big family like the bin Ladins have to include a few "black sheep". SOMEBODY forgot to remind GWB that he had done business with Osama's eldest brother. Unfortunately, people are going to run with that story, and not with the obvious non-connection. I probably should have said that Cronkite WAS a great newsman, and even if he makes a slightly off the wall comment now and again, I still have great respect for him.

From "All In The Family" in 1971:

Archie: "What channel is it on, Edith?"

Edith: "Channel two Archie, the one we used to watch before you said Walter Cronkite was a Communist."

First it was Yassar Arafat diagnosed with dementia, now Cronkite.

Well Walter, I guess you couldn't just die without disgracing yourself as a partisan "journalist". Oh well, it's only a career. But, uh, looking beyond Nov. 2...

So very cool what this election has "outed" - all those stupid hollywood types, all the msm, all the networks that will actually, in fact, pay a price for being completely biased. Dan Rather was just one of the first to go - look for other trees to fall after Bush wins. Even with the legal challenges, this is a great beginning.

I can't believe the old fart would actually admit to working with OBL. Of course, it's so obvious, it certainly can't hurt!
