Pollster John Zogby will appear on Bob Brinker's national radio program Moneytalk today to discuss the election. Do not know what time Zogby will be on. The show runs live 4 P.M. - 7 P.M. Eastern time. Stations listed at www.bobbrinker.com
VOMIT ON BOTH OF THEM!!!!
Bob Brinker is a jerk. He's Anti-Bush. That's why he's having Zogby on I'm sure.
Save yourself valuable time and read Jay Cost's blog and you'll skip Zog's drivel. Then again if you want to monitor the kool-aid dispensing ops we could always use a laugh
John FLIP FLOP Zogby? Why are all John's Flippers? Kerry,Edwards,Zogby,Kerrey?
It would not be interesting at all on his thoughts!
Bush wins no Kerry no Bush
This is what D.J.Drummond has to say at http://polipundit.com/index.php?p=4959
John Zogby is the most overrated pollster in the country. He used to be an ulta-liberal radical activist, and his opinions continue to color his polls. In 2002, he got most of the close races wrong, with a consistent bias towards Democrats that probably cost Republicans a Senate seat. After that, many Republican politicians started an unofficial boycott of Zogby.
In May of this year, Zogby said, John Kerry will win the election. Any pollster who makes that kind of statement that early in a campaign cannot be trusted. Our DJ Drummond has made clear that he has a very, very low opinion of Zogby.
Now The American Thinker weighs in with this:
Pollsters are allowed to be wrong. It is, after all, an inexact science, and all pollsters tell you that their forecast must be considered in light of a particular polls margin of error associated with the polls sample size, usually 3 to 4%.
But what has differentiated Zogby from other pollsters, is his hawking of Senator Kerrys prospects. On Thursday, with his own national survey showing Bush up 2%, and Bush ahead in five of his ten battleground state polls and tied in a sixth, Zogby was telling everybody that Kerry was surging and would win. On Friday, Zogby showed the race tied, while two other national surveys showed Bush up by 5%, and three other tracking polls showed the race tied, or Bush up 2% and 3%. None of the other pollsters were making any predictions yet. Why was John Zogby doing so?
"Bob Brinker is a jerk"
I agree. Heard him last weekend, some woman called in about Kerry's war shenanigans and Brinker jumped down her throat. Compared "war hero" with someone who "didn't go to war". I tried to call, but couldn't get through. Wanted to recall for him the U.S. soldier in Iraq, a muslim, who rolled a grenade into his own officer's tent a year ago, killed a couple officers and wounded about 8 others. Wanted to ask Brinker if this guy is a 'war hero' just because he went to war, or do his actions over there have anything to do with how we evaluate his service?
Living in the Santa Fe, NM socialist gulag has ruined Bob's mind....
Does anybody listen to BB anymore? I thought he was toally dicredited.
He's been pushing Kerry for months. Kerry will be better for the economy, blah, blah blah. I also noticed the only poll he cites is Zogby. Had to turn him off a couple of weeks ago. Not that I ever liked him but he was good background noise.
Bob Brinker is a limp wristed moderate, but he does know the market.
I think he had McBride beating Jeb if I'm not mistaken...
I completely agree. I want to hear how how he spins 2 days out from the election. He'll be on-record, and will be held accountable when he's wrong.
I don't think he knows the market at all. Market timing is a largely discredited method of investing, and BB has the bad habit of ignoring his many failures.
Zogby's got it so rigged that he will be telling people on Wednesday that he had it picked all along no matter who wins.
***Bob Brinker is a jerk. He's Anti-Bush. That's why he's having Zogby on I'm sure.***
I am utterly disgusted with Brinker. His SOLE concern is how much money he makes, and to hell with America.
Whatever his politics may be, I can't abide Brinker's useless show. I never listen to it long enough even to hear a political opinion. It seems to consist solely of people calling in to brag on syndicated radio about how rich they are, so that all their friends can hear. "Hi, Bob. I have nine kajillion dollars in real estate investments, a 401-K worth seven bazillion, a primary residence in Palm Beach, Florida worth numerous babillions, and untold wealth in mutuals and IRAs, in addition to what my company is worth. Bob, what should I do with all this money? I just can't decide, and the little missus and I are racking our brains trying to decide whether to buy Luxembourg as a vacation home." Please. As if guys in that sort of financial position don't already have financial advisors and have to call up a talk-radio show host to do their planning.
