10/31 WND Exclusive:Former Colonel 'Kerry's non-honorable discharge?'
WorldNetDaily ^ | 10/31/04 | Earl Lively

Kerry's non-honorable discharge Exclusive: Earl Lively makes solid case senator left Navy under a cloud There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge or an undesirable discharge – which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge without the felony conviction – and that, as a result of such discharge, he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals. And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!

"No one has ever offered an explanation for that:( Man this outfit makes me NUTS;/"

LOL - and the liberal left call sKerry a war hero. They don't know what a real hero is. They denigrate the memory of Pat Tillman and cast aspersions on our military.

Our men and women in uniform are the best in the world!

AUSA taps `The American Soldier’ for 2004 Marshall Medal

Inspired by real heroes like Audie Murphey, 3rd ID, - the most decorated soldier of WWII.

Audie Murphey - Congressional Medal of Honor recipient

This post contains copies of eyewitness accounts of one of the most amazing battles of WWII, a 1 man stand against overwhelming odds of 6 enemy tanks and 2 enemy divisions.  It's truly a great read.

I saw his first movie, 'To Hell and Back', and became a big fan. Audie Murphey and John Wayne were my heroes and roll models. Two truly remarkable men.

What does it say about our society when we have a large segment, known as the liberal left, which despises the kind of character these men personified.

Just look at how much hatred the left has for President Bush. This is the result of the deep infiltration and subversion of all our most important institutions, starting with education, rewriting history, dumbing down the populace, the judicial system, and political system.

The right has been asleep for far too long. Now that we are beginning to awake from this long slumber, we are starting to realize just how bad it has become.

Now is the time for all good men (and women) to come to the aid of their countrymen.

Remember the WTC and the Alamo!

Fox pulls out all the dirty stops for the Democrats. They've pulled off Dan Rather's wet dream: Insidious attacks on the GOP, while maintaining a VRWC image.
Fox is evil.
I am boycotting them.

Thanks for at least bringing out more of the details of what can and most likely happened along the way regarding why Kerry wasn't separated in 1972...... There is evidence that he completed his Reserve commitment in 1972 and was offered either the option of staying in the Ready Reserves or being placed in the Standby Reserves - Inactive (USNR-S2)... That info is on the following document dated 1 Mar 72 [Contingent Transfer to the Standby Reserves - Inactive]. Pay close attention to item #2 and #5 (b) in the following document.... Transfer to Standby Reserves - Inactive .. Then go to the second document on the above URL dated 16 Aug 72 where it modifies his date of transfer to the Standby Reserves - Inactive to 1 July 72.

Again thanks for at least trying to bring some sanity to this ongoing discussion, not that it will stop the spread of continued speculation.

You said:

"We know that Kerry was neither active or active reserve after 1972. We don't know that he wasn't IRR. We do know he didn't participate. So, he could have had a 6 year grace period from 1972 to 1978.

Look, I know it is unlikely, particularly because of all of the other evidence. However, it is simply not conclusive yet. Again, unfortunately."

There's some conflict on whether he was active reserve or not if you read the items at his website. Note the differences on the 3 Jan 70 transfers to the Naval Reserve.

The first letter (from the Office of Legal Counsel, Naval Military Personnel Command) came shortly after he was sworn in the first time as a senator. Why that office, BTW?

found at: http://www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/Service_Record.pdf

This is the Enclosure (1) to some document that was dated January 25, 1985. It was written by LCDR D. W. Meyers, Office of Legal Counsel, Naval Military Personnel Command. It shows dates of different events.

Here's an excerpt from the .pdf file:

D.O.R as LT, USNR 1 January 1970
Release from ACDU/
Trf to Naval Reserve 3 January 1970
Trf to Standby Reserve - Inactive 1 July 1972
Discharged for U.S. Naval Reserve 16 February 1978

found at: http://www.johnkerry.com/pdf/jkmilservice/Request_For_History_of_Service.pdf

This is a letter dated 24 May 1986. This is almost a year and a half after the previous document.

Here's an excerpt of the .pdf file:

"Senator Kerry:

Your request of the 9th of May concerning documentation of your
Naval Service has been forwarded by the National Personnel
Records Center to this office for reply.

The follow (sic) statement of Naval Service accurately reflects the
documentation in your Naval Personnel Record:

..snip..

1 Jan 1970 Date of Rank as Lieutenant (O-3), United
States Naval Reserve

3 Jan 1970 Released from Active Duty, transferred to
the Naval Reserve (inactive)

1 Jul 1972 Transferred to the Standby Reserve (inactive)

16 Feb 1978 Honorably Discharged from the United States
Naval Reserve as a Lieutenant (O-3)

If additional copies of information is (sic) required from your
official Naval Records, please feel free to contact this office
or the National Personnel Records Center directly."

This letter is from the Naval Military Personnel Command Liaison Office of the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis.

The second letter is not signed by R. J. Schultz, LCDR who is apparently the author. That is extremely odd. Things get signatures in the military in order to become official.

The first was an enclosure to something. Was it a reply to a request from the Senator to document his naval service? If so, why from the Office of Legal Counsel of Naval Military Personnel Command? That's an odd place to get that sort of information. Did Kerry wait over a year before going fishing to get someone to write what he wanted?

We'll never see him sign an SF 180. There are too many oddities in what he has already released.

"Again thanks for at least trying to bring some sanity to this ongoing discussion, not that it will stop the spread of continued speculation."

IMHO, the only thing that will stop the spread of continued speculation is for sKerry to sign the 180 release form. (which is highly unlikely - what is he hiding?)

The title infers that Kerry was a Col. It didn't say anything about "Former Col says"

Misleading title, IMHO.

You're correct. There is an equivalent, but not a "Col" as such.

I should say, there is an equivalent in a "pay grade". But they aren't called "Col".

FRegards and thanks for the help!

No need. I'm pointing out that the title is misleading.

I think the best thing that could happen if we keep pushing this story to EVERY news and internet source we can is this:

If the story does get out there, after the election--if it comes down to contested votes and questionable ballots, hopefully some of the Democrats who are in the power to make decisions regarding these votes will have seen it, become as disgusted with their candidate as we are, and will make the right decisions.

If "has amnesia" means he won't deny or confirm, that's pretty telling right there. If he got an honorable, seems there would be no need for all the speculation, and Warner would just look it up and say yes he did. No???

The Dem's are famous for covering up, and they unfortunately have the money and the power to levy pressure as we have seen in this campaign.

But isn't there a resignation date also on the website? And the form he has is the form used for reissue of medals, or his discharge??, is one used for cases where appeals were made. Does that not suggest he had appeals to get them? If he got his discharge from Carter, why did he not have the medals reinstated right then, instead of having to use appeals to get them? Appeals seem to mean to me, repeated requests, subject to inquiry, and being turned down a couple of times.

I'd suggest sending a mail to seeBS, but we all know what will happen to that.

What about posting it on forums and/or bulletin boards on al the MSM - think that will help and/or that it will be taken off? (I know I may be stretching it here - just trying to figure out how to get the story out there).

isn't that a bit too late? and if he won't release the records there can be only one reason, they are disciplinary. As far as Drudge etc, as this article says the evidence is right there under their noses. This is the case in a lot of instances, when investigating anything. It's not unusual even in Police investigations for the obvious to be overlooked.

OK given that, let me ask you, did you need the President to issue it? or did the Navy?

Indeed, we will never see him sign the SF 180; there are too many strange items.

However, we still do not have conclusive proof. Indeed, your post supports the possibility that after 6 years of IRR he was discharged.

BTW, it's been a few years. What are the MOS's : 2571/2577/2578 ?

I think it's time that the senate cover-up club be exposed to include the house. These amnesia enablers are responsible for allowing POS like kerry and others to ascend into the senate and house. Warner needs to go with Hatch and the other klowns. Bush/Cheney 2004
