(Barbara Bush and McCullough in Hackensack NJ Saturday evening)
NEW JERSEY LOVES BUSH TWINS: As the media is still reporting on it - the Bush girls are just catching their breath and getting some rest after an incredibly busy day that had them criss-crossing the Garden State in an effort to capitalize on what promises to be tremendous poll numbers for the President in Sunday's New Jersey papers.
"Check the Newark Star-Ledger on Sunday," said the excited New Jersey Chairman of the State Republican party. "DEAD HEAT!"
As the Bush twins took to the microphone on Saturday evening it was the third event in roughly six hours and though they had to be exhausted - they obviously fed off of the energy of the revved up crowd in Hackensack.
"Isn't it a wonderful, that thanks to your diligent efforts," said Jenna Bush to the packed room of campaign volunteers, "that we are actually talking about winning New Jersey."
Bringing the Bush daughters to the state as part of the 72 hour plan of the GOP is a strong indicator that Bush is polling well in New Jersey in the campaign's internal polls. Well enough infact that they will continue to pour resources into New Jersey in the final three days. New York Governor George Pataki will be similarly criss-crossing New Jersey on Sunday.
She wasn't in Animal House...
I have wanting to watch Animal House again. I will have to study this further. :)
are you sure you dont mean Sarah Holcomb?
funny...I thought the same thing.
Goodnight.
No, a girl called Sarah Holcomb played the mayor's daughter in "Animal House." I agree though, she does look like Elizabeth Shue. Elizabeth Shue would only have been something like 14 years old had she been in Animal House.
I wish the GOP would stop the constant calling. All these calls to our Pennsylvania home are getting insane. I hate to tell you that they are using people that are not even able to pronounce Pennsylvania or Republican. One female called and read her plea in such a tone I had to ask if it was a live call. She said yes and continued reading. I told her it was Commonwealth not common wealth.
The latest poll shows Democratic Sen. John Kerry with a 45 percent to 41 percent lead over Republican President George W. Bush, with 12 percent still undecided and other candidates taking 2 percent of the vote.
I think your title needs to be modified.
They're coming to get you, Barbara..."
The Bush twins, Jenna and Barbara, make a cameo in Night Of The Living Dead.
God bless our troops wherever they may be.
IF we win, I suggest you say thank you to the country clubers for their support.
This does not change the fact that I can connect myself to Kevin Bacon. ;-)
Bush down by 4 in NJ is great news, plus the star legder poll is also run by a democRAT, so the result may even by better for Bush.
4 more years!!!!!
Joizee goils are just fine. The one you refer to is just confused.
