Hunt has been different since his return from Iraq a few weeks ago. Was on O'Reilly complaining about how dangerous and out of control Iraq is compared to a year ago.

When this election is over I am turning off the media so I can have some peace in my life.

If Kerry is elected not only will I turn off the media but I will become 'radicalized', as the DIMS are fond of saying.

I thought Geraldo was a bigger threat to our guys when he was broadcasting troop locations. Nice to see he has grown a case of concern for their well being./s

The Al QaQaa facility is one of them and it would take hundreds of soldiers to guard.
It goes on for miles and miles.

The place covers about the same area as Manhattan Island.
At least I think that's what I heard from an interview with Bernard Kerrick (sp?),
the former New York City Police Commissioner who's been in Iraq working for
the guvmint.

Hunt is a hack! He was a Col. during the first Gulf War and has never set foot in Iraq! He is worthless as far as commentary IMHO!

I heard Col. Hunt also. I was SHOCKED at what he said. I have never heard him speak like that! I still can't believe it!

IMHO, we're being bombarded with a pair of fallacies:

1. That it's possible to address every contingency in a war, and

2. That you shouldn't prosecute a war until you have addressed every contingency.

Well said. I guess that's why he's Colonel Hunt and not General Hunt.

I really do hate to think it, but I believe it's politically motivated. I emailed him an d told him that. Like was posted before...he's from Mass. O'Reilly hasn't been up to his usual standards. Spin stays there!

We probly dont know where more weapons are than we do.

I didnt know he felt this way. I will do some catching up.

I have been avoiding all television as much as I can.
My new therapist has suggested that my stress level may be more managable this way.

They reported that there was at least a million tons of weapons and ammo in Iraq when we got there. Hunt said we don't have enough troops to guard it all and Whorealdo shook his head and agreed. This is another reason to hate the Germans and the French for their betrayal. Let's face it there never was a peace dividend to be had after the wall came down and decimating the military like we did will go down in history as one the greatest blunders of all time.

What is Jeffery Fieger(sp?) going to do now? The talking head lawyer class is going to be underemployed after the verdict comes down. Greta should peddle her crap on Court TV and give a good conservative a chance at the time slot.

Someone even posted an article here yesterday or today that mentioned "O'Reilly" as pro-Kerry...

This article INFURIATED ME and I just sent Hunt the following email:

I USED to like you but this article "OOPS" is way out of line. You do not know that it was those explosives being used against our troops any more than the New York Times does. That county was AWASH in weapons as is Syria, Iran, Lebanon, etc.... These weapons could come from anywhere and the reality is nobody knows exactly were they came from. Welcome to the "Blame America First Club" I am sure they are glad to have you.

Decimating the military like the Clinton administration did. There was no we to include me, nor a lot of others who screamed at their representatives and senators to stop it.

Who decimated the military? Not Reagan! Not Bush, Sr! Clinton, Kerry, et al! That's who! I think if Kerry, God forbid is elected, you will see a mass exodus of military personnel. Received an email from a buddy in the Air Force today and indicated that.

Your email pretty much parrots mine. I am quite disgusted with the guy. I defended him earlier in this thread, but I read that article and BAMM I was bloodied in the eyes and nose. Hand me a Kleenex! The dirty bastage!
