As far as I'm concerned, this sort of behavior (serial divorce and remarriage) is almost as damaging to the institution of matrimony as gay marriage.Absolutely. More so, I think, because there's more of it.

I'm totally amazed that you know the words 'titillation' and 'narcissism'. Usually, diatribes like yours contain only words of one syllable.

Rush has lost a lot of credibility with me. Although gifted with one of the sharpest conservtive intellects of our time, his personal foibles have detracted greatly from the conservative cause.
To: alydar
...may be moving past the hand-holding stagedoes this mean that Rush got to "Second Base" already???

Oh please, do not go in preaching. Rush has been instrmenal in the Rep. movement. I do not care about his personal problems.
We need reform.

I hope this news about Rush's potential marriage is just talk because if it's not, it tells me his personal life needs a little more "conservatism" something he easily "speaks" about, but for him seems challenging to fulfill. As a Rush fan, I really hate to say that.

I've been in love with Dari Alexander since she was a local anchor in Dallas on WFAA. I just hope she doesn't become another Ashleigh Banfield. (formerly of KDFW in Dallas before she became superlib at PMSNBC)

I spy a college professor here. Lots of big words intermingled with lots of bigotry and hate, disguised as intellect. (appologies to those three conservative college profs that have managed to survive the stunting atmosphere of most campus'.)

FYI, all those ladies are top of the line; but for Madame Vester, a man could throw over everything and lose his soul. That is, assuming she would like to live on my 10,000 acre ranchette in New Mexico.

Heterosexuals did not gut the institution. Liberals undermined the family by spreading the virus of cultural marxism (see Antonio Gramsci).
At many angles the family has been attacked. Promoting Feminism, making divorce easier, mass media encouraging promiscuity (movies, tv shows, etc), and so on.
A few of the stated communist goals from the 1963 congressional record:
25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."
40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

Some of the smartest men I've known (genius level) have really been STUPID when it came to "relationships"....whether marriage or in the office.

It's the only reason gay marriage is out there at all. If marriage meant what it did in the 50s, gays would want no part of it. They want it, 'cause they can get out of it, should they want to. Heterosexuals gutted the institution of marriage, and in walked the gays to begin its modern and synthetic reconstruction.Sad but true. Selfish hedonism didn't begin with the homosexual community.

Talk radio king Rush Limbaugh 's crush on CNN's Daryn Kagan may be moving past the hand-holding stage. Friends of the lovebirds tell us that they are whispering about marriage, just as soon as Limbaugh's third divorce goes through. They add that he's even talked with Kagan's family about living happily ever after with the TV anchor. "He's really sweet," says a tipster.
Will they marry before or after Rush gets out of jail for his doctor shopping charge?

Too bad there's not a "three strikes and you're through" rule on marriage. Let's face it...some people are just not marriage material.
To: alydar
Lighten Up Freepers. Rush has a penchant for "playmates" when he should be looking for a "helpmate" or a "soul mate." But it is his life to despoil.
To: ClintonBeGone
What doctor shopping charge? You mean the fishing expedition where the DA is trying to roto-root his medical records? If there was anything to charge Rush with, they would have faxed the evidence to CBS News a long time ago.
