SU-27 Flankers, top-of-the-line Russian hardware against our older F16s, NOT F-22s. No AWACS, (Like we'd ever go in without those!) AND the Indians had a 2-1 numerical advantage.

We do these things to help their political propaganda, and learn a few things about the SU-27s and their tactics.

I think it was F-15s but the Indian numerical advantage was greatly in excess of 2-1.
