I think this is beign shown as a paid advertisement like an infomercial. I check the PAX68 schedule in Boston and that is what they had it listed as at 11:30, when they were showing stolen valor. Did someone buy time all over the country for this??

It's not on CBS...it's on the CBS affiliate. It's a local scheduling decision, not a network decision.
