Most political pundits thus far have missed the point of Osama bin Ladin's "endorsement" of Senator John Kerry in a videotape this Friday.
Bin Ladin was not addressing the American public, but rather the remnant of al Quaeda scattered throughout the Arab world. After his stunning success in disrupting the Spanish elections and energizing his remaining supporters, bin Ladin is desperate to strike at the United States.
Unable to launch a Madrid-style attack to disrupt and influence American elections, bin Ladin is forced to settle for a pre-election bashing of President Bush in the language of Michael Moore and his Hollywood friends and then hope that Kerry wins. By threatening American voters with terrorist attacks if Bush is re-elected, his terrorist audience will be impressed by bin Ladin's boldness in taking on Bush.
If Kerry does win the election, bin Ladin will be able to claim a victory, arguing that he was successful in intimidating American voters who fear terrorism. In doing so, he will be able to convince his terrorist allies that he is still a powerful force in the world.
...ain't skeered.
So according to bin Laden, "Elect Kerry or I'll attack again." What's it going to be, America? Do you want to be another Spain, or do we want to kill this b@stard?
Say, since Osama Yo Mama's new tape, we haven't heard much from the lunatic fringe who were convinced that 9-11 was actually carried out by Mossad to turn Americans against the poor, helpless Arabs. Remember all those nuts? "What about the white van??"
What`s that saying again when deciding who to vote for? "Vote for the guy the terrorists want to lose"....I guess this is the foreign leader Kerry was talking about. Amazing how all these videos come out right before the election. Getting a little nervous boys? Even UBL realizes something liberals don`t; That if Bush wins their days are numbered. If Kerry wins they can once again re-organize and grow and continue on with their 30+ year careers of terror.
The reason bin Laden endorses Kerry--and he does--is because Kerry would make the U.S. weaker and more vulnerable to attack!
It's not that the terrorists endorse Kerry because they think he would be good for America. It's just the opposite!
In fact--all the Foreign Leaders who endorse Kerry do so because Kerry would be bad for America--not because he would be good for America!
The terrorists' and the anti-Americans' endorsement of Kerry is an expression of contempt for Kerry and for the United States--not some expression of respect. Far from it!
Bin Laden and the rest of the terrorists have never stopped trying to repeat the 9/11 attack. But remember this:

After what happened in Spain, if OBL could hit us before the election, he would have. The fact that he's only making threats means that's all he can do, which means our Bush led military and intelligence organizations have neutered him. This is the truth, and Bush was a Democrat, the MSM would be shouting it from rooftops.

Yes, OBL is hoping for a Kerry victory -- which will be an easy opening for more massive terror attackes on the USA. This type of threat could very well have the American people turn face around and vote for President Bush in unbelievable droves. Americans don't take threats very well. They tend to get right back in the enemies face and utlimately beat them down, particularly when you threaten their children.
