JOHN WALLACH: Arafat I think thrives on the fact that -- on adversity. The first time my wife and I interviewed him -- this was back 10 years ago -- he was watching a "Tom and Jerry Cartoon." And basically he obviously identifies with Jerry, the mouse, against the tomcat, and the tomcat has been alternatively Israel and the United States.

Actually that does explain a lot - I noticed when he was sitting there he would always grasp the hands of people around him; I thought he was afraid he was dying but low and behold....his mind has left and only a broken down body remains.
The fun will start for him when he draws his last stale death rattled breath and descends into hell with all the rest of the scum he had blow themselves up to kill innocent people all over the world.
I believe it about the dementia. The fact that he was losing his mental faculties was obvious a couple of years ago during his big media moment when Israel "sequestered" him in his Ramallah compound. He also has tremors, whether from Parkinsons or some other condition, I, of course, don't know.
