ST. PAUL - Ten Minnesotans will vote twice in this presidential election - legally. Jeffrey Carnes and Michael Meuers hope to be among them.

For all the time, money and attention President Bush has devoted to Minnesota this campaign, he's mostly interested in the votes of Carnes and nine other Republicans. Sen. John Kerry's efforts are, above all else, aimed at snagging the votes of Meuers and nine other Democrats.

I saw that headline and thought it meant the remaining undecided voters.
