It has been my premise for some time now ... you can read the results of elections in the early evening hours of a Presidential election by the body language and mood of the network anchors. If they're upbeat and suppressing high fives ... the Republican candidate is in trouble. If they're neutral, the race is close and they don't know. If, on the other hand, they're surly and quiet, seemingly depressed the Republican (in this case Bush) is kicking butt in the exit polls and the liberal, lefty 'Rat weenie is in big trouble.
