Legalized Fraud. Unbelievable any judge could condone this.

Judge Susan Dlott in Cincinnati A VERY liberal Clinton appointee, it seems.
Why is there no appeal to this? What's going on.

The GOP poll watchers can still challenge fraudulent voters at the polls. And they wil.

"Judge Susan Dlott in Cincinnati
A VERY liberal Clinton appointee, it seems. Understatement. Her husband is an ambulance chasing shyster of the like that the Edwards could only dream about, and it is well rumoured that her job was bought and paid for by her husband through his money giving to the Toons.

This stinks. I guess a Republican can still win without Ohio, even tho it is rare.
Perhaps Ohio will cease to be such an important state after this election.

Weather channel calling for rain throughout Ohio most of election day - a shame (not).....

The demonRATS will do anything they can to try and win.
I live in Montana which will go Bush, but three weeks ago a demonRAT showed up at my door trying to register voters. I told here that everyone was already registered so she left. Well all of the sudden yesterday I receive the registration for someone I have never heard of who has been registered to vote at my address. Now you may be thinking maybe they just got the wrong address or that was the persons old address. NOT POSSIBLE SINCE THE ADDRESS DIDN"T EXIST UNTIL SIX MONTHS AGO WHEN I BUILT THE HOUSE. So I made the trip to the local courthouse and turned in the name of the person and informed them of the situation. Hopefully this moron shows up to vote and gets escorted to the local jail.

Whatever happened to people planning ahead, so that they get to their proper polling place on time? God forbid some folks might have to plan ahead in order to vote legally.

This judge is willing to undermine the confidence of the nation concerning the presidential election out of her personal partisan politics. If Kerry wins the election by taking Ohio by only a few thousand votes, Kerry will not be seen as legitimately elected by half of the population. Kerry would have enough problems governing with congress being controlled by the Republicans, but can you imagine what his presidency would be like if the were seen as a usurper?
