I know everyone would like the story to be true, including myself. If this story is true, the outcome could swing to Bush's favor.
Face it, God knows who the next President will be. I truly think Bush knows this, and has accepted this. Not that he should stop making speeches. But listen to the reports on radio and TV. Listen to the two tones of the candidates. Bush's tone is relaxed, and confident. Kerry on the other hand has a desperate tone. A tone that possesses pleading and begging.
My prayer, is that people of faith will vote. Barna has said, this election would swing to Bush, if a majority of Christian conservatives would just VOTE!
This weekend, spread the word. Remind your churchgoing friends to exercise their right to vote. Suggest to your pastor to announce this, or even add it to the prayer said during the service. It is perfectly legal to tell congregations to exercise this right. It is also legal to remind voters to pray before voting.
If the founding fathers can pray for over two hours before commencing with the framing of our constitution, can we not ask God for the same wisdom. This country was founded because of the desire for free of religion. Can I get a witness?
Okay I will get off my pulpit, I mean soapbox, now! By the way, people are allowed to pray in their PJ's. ;-)
To: Bush or Kerry You decide
Irregardless of the election, shouldn't Kerry be tried for his actions?
I don't think this is an election issue. The only reason it became an election issue is because the Vets stood up. They are trying to protect our country from someone they know an awful lot about.
The Vets remember. The younger generation does not. The NEA had war history removed from the public school systems.
