It's a subliminal jab at the military is my guess,,
maybe implying that this professional didn't have all the answers she think he should have had..
The MSM is shameless in their hatred for this country and its right to exist as a sovereign nation and gleefully revels in any opportunity to exact a toll on it by impugning the character or "intelligence" of the forces that defend our country.
CNN did not belabor this press conference and went onto Arafat quickly
