All right... WTF is going on.... first no one knows what happened to the explosives and it's Bush's fault... then there is proof they weren't there (NBC), then proof they don't know because they weren't looking (NBC-2), then they were looking (FOX, Pentagon), then the Russians moved them (Gertz), then video of trucks before the war (Pentagon), then video of drums of possible explosives (some affiliate), and now the Pentagon says they destroyed them. Let's hope the American people aren't paying attention to this story, or Nader will get elected.

I actually called the William Bennett show this morning before of course, knowing about this, but I told him that it is incredible to me that the Kerry's and the media are using this 18 month old story to beat up Bush, when just yesterday we receive a video of a supposed terrorist threatening our country and families.

I watch Fox and friends this morning for 2 hours they talked about this and NOTHING about the terrorist tape.

Then I told Bennett that if you took a shawl and wrapped it around Kerry's face and just listened to his hysterical speeches this week condemning Bush and troops and then listened to the terrorist --- they are basically saying the SAME THING - they are blaming all of the world's ill on Bush and Cheney- both the terrorist and Kerry are echoing each other HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN THAT THIS PERSON COULD BE OUR NEXT PRESIDENT?

No, they will just willfully "misunderstand" his point and claim that the Pentagon is only doing "damage control." The reporters were very clearly implying that the major's story is irrelevant. They are being deliberately obtuse in not understanding the point, which is, "We don't even know if the "380 tons" existed, or even where it was supposedly kept! (underlying message, you idiots!)"

Well, we know what the Pentagon did with the soldiers from that prison for putting panties on the heads of the prisoners. What do you think they would do if this Major was lying and put the Pentagon in such a bad light? I don't THINK so.
