With the presidential election only days away, John Kerry is getting a free pass as the more "environmentally-friendly" candidate. But voters need to take a much closer look at the credibility of organizations pushing that line before accepting it at face value.

The Sierra Club, League of Conservation Voters, and other eco-activist groups insist the Bush administration isn't just misguided, it's immoral. Whether "gutting" environmental laws, "waging war" on the environment, colluding with "polluters," the dogmatic gist is that "W" stands for "World-killer." One might expect unimpeachable ethical standards from "white hat" critics like these. However, their notion of ethics leaves many of us scratching our heads. . . . .

Must of this is true - but a propaganda alert is in order. The "Oregon Petition" which had the signatures of supposedly 18,000 scientists was bogus. it has been utterly discredited. It was an open, online petition that anyone could sign. Most "scientists" did not even hold a related degree or advanced degree. Geri Hallowed of the Spice Girls signed it. A few dead people were on the list
