--snip-- In interviews with a rules committee investigator, the two aides said they accompanied Cohn to the shoot. The legislator asked Weaver-Taylor to help her change outfits and Wilhite to hang clothes and lay out her undergarments, which Wilhite said made her uncomfortable, according to signed summaries obtained by the Mercury News.
The aides also told the investigator that Cohn solicited comments about her provocative clothing and discussed her sex life, which they considered inappropriate.
At least three other Cohn staffers were interviewed by the committee about other issues.
Cohn, 50, is running for a third term against Republican Ernie Konnyu, a former assemblyman and U.S. congressman.
In a statement Wednesday, Cohn said she is ``unable to make comments regarding pending matters before the Assembly Rules Committee.''
When asked in a recent television interview whether the investigation had gone on too long, Cohn told NBC-11, ``I have to say that I was very disappointed and hurt, quite frankly, and surprised that a disgruntled female employee would file this kind of complaint against me.''
