THE SUCCESSFUL LITIGATION OF LIBERAL CAUSES

A number of top liberal professionals including Seth Waxman (lead counsel
for McCain-Feingold) and Paul Smith (lead counsel for Lawrence v. Texas) will
discuss how to shape a litigation strategy from the district court with the assumption that
