It will take about 2 years to do the trial, then another 10 or 20 on appeals. And IF sKerry gets in you can kiss the death penalty GOODBYE. he's anti-death panalty and is going to declare a moratorium on the federal death penalty and his pro-abort judges will soon end the state death penalty...STROKE OF THE PEN, LAW OF THE LAND.
