A competent judge could turn this into a learning experience for them - persuading them to learn what fascism is really about, the dangers of true intolerance and why those who are attempting to inculcate these kids to equate the president with national socialism aren't helpful.

Driving down 148th in Bellevue WA today I counted at least 20+ Kerry signs that were completely ripped and destroyed. All other sings were good to go on both parties.

"Three teenagers are charged with a felony ..."
Charging them with a felony seems a bit much. What's the definition of a felony in Minnesota? They are accused of doing over $500 property damage. Is there some dollar limit over which vandalism becomes a felony?

DULUTH - Three teenagers are charged with a felony after confessing that they vandalized campaign signs for President Bush and painting a swastika outside a Duluth home. After learning that homeowner Bob James was upset, the teenage boys went to the Duluth News Tribune in September and confessed, apologizing for what they did.
So they thought painting a swastika outside the home wouldn't be upsetting?

"Teenagers"... what do you want to bet these were ADULT teenagers, say 18 and 19?
