I'm sorry, I don't understand.
Are you saying that because this tape (they say) says that if Bush is elected, we will be hit.
ABC says it won't play the tape because it may too political (i.e. Sheeple will vote Kerry to save us from this).
Why would ABC be responsible for the attack?

If the tape really says "If you vote for Bush, we will attack", Bush would crush Kerry in the election...

The problem is that if their is evidence of an attack, and ABC witheld info that could have helped the CIA, etc... stop it, ABC is more than responsible...

The point here is that ABC with held the last 15 minutes from the CIA, as in the CIA didn't get to listen to the complete tape.

Not airing it is one thing. Withholding it from the people in charge of national security is a whole different ballgame. Now, no matter who wins the election, ABC bears liability, since they took it upon to make a national security decision.

because if there is anything on that tape that can lead to the terrorist and stop them before they strike and would save lives and ABC withheld this from the government, then they are as guilty as the actual terrorists.
