I noticed no one mentions this, but Teresa was married to Senator Heinz. Then, "BOOM", he is dead, and Teresa, 'conveniently' runs into John Kerry, and falls in love and marries him. He still hasn't received an annullment on his first marriage, but what the hey, he's European. Kerry now has the biggest money source 100% behind him.
Seeing how everything in Kerry's life was planned out for attaining the Presidency,
Did he engineer meeting/marrying Teresa for the money?
Did he plan out and engineer the death of John Heinz, so he could proceed with plans to meet/marry Teresa?
Seems strange, but then, look at JOHN KERRY.
Is he the kind of person that would have someone murdered, so he could marry into more MONEY?
ANSWER: WE KNOW HE IS.
If we want to add more to your conspiracy theory we could also say Teresa was somehow involved and John Kerry blackmailed her. Which is why she is with him even though she obviously can't stand him touching her.
