I agree with you.
Witness Interviews
The Witness Group has received 349 accounts from eyewitnesses, either through direct interviews or through written statements. An initial summary of those statements follows:
· 52% specifically reported seeing a fire while the plane was in the air, with the fuselage being the most often cited location (22%). Other areas cited as a fire location were the left engine, the right engine or an unspecified engine, and the left wing, the right wing or an unspecified wing.
· 8% specifically reported seeing an explosion.
· 20% specifically reported seeing no fire at all.
· 22% reported observing smoke; 20% reported no smoke.
· 18% reported observing the airplane in a right turn; another 18% reported observing the airplane in a left turn.
· 13% observed the airplane "wobbling," dipping" or in "side to side" motion.
· 74% observed the airplane descend.
· 57% reported seeing "something" separate from the airplane; 13% reported observing the right wing, left wing or an undefined wing separate; 9% specifically reported observing no parts separate.

Umm, the vertical stab did fall off. It was found in Jamaica Bay. It was the first piece of debris on the flight path out of the airport by a huge margin.
[This was the 1st shoe bomber IMO]
Pretty talented shoe bomber to climb out a door while the airplane was in flight, crawl along the outside of the fuselage to the vertical stab, and hold his shoe against the vertical stabilizer and then set off his shoe, whilst causing absolutely no blast damage to the vertical stab.
The cabin is filled with all sorts of nice potential potential floating debris like clothes in overhead bins, seatcushions, etc.
Note there was none of that in Jamaica Bay. just the vertical stab.
The NTSB should have been disbanded and every participant in the TWA 800 sham put in jail for their criminal coverup. But, they're still in business and it looks like more same old, same old, at our expense.
You might be right, but their credibility is shot after TWA 800. They went on and on how a spanwise beam pushed the first class seats and nose gear doors off the plane first, because the center wing tank exploded.
Ping......
Yawn.
might be of interest
The NTSB took possesion of a bridge camera (removed) and possesion of the tapes that the camera recorded of the event. They stated this to the MSM but the tapes have not seen the light of day in public.
Looks like they're about to play some tape right now...
Wow, so you hadn't blown through the cover-up on the actual shoe bomber, we wouldn't even know there was such a thing!
Oh - you say they ~didn't~ try to cover up the actual shoe bomber? Why not?
10-minute break.
[That's government, for ya! Work 30 minutes, break 10.]
