My guess is 17,000 does not include those registered 35 times.....

The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections must find more than 17,000 registered voters by Friday to tell them they may be culled from the rolls by Republican challengers... Gee...not too much bias in the reporting here, huh?
I don't think those 17,000 recently deceased "registered voters" will mind too much that they've been "culled"
