We, as People who want GWB to get a 2nd term.
and yes the battle is 2 fold
1. invigorate the base (mission accomplished)
2. sway undecideds/independent/swing whatever you want to call them
THe only way its going to happen, is by gently moving them over. The vides from BC04 yesterday hit it right on the money. Tell those VITAL people to ignore the hate, and just say yes to Bush. Half the people are suffering from Election Malaise. They are tired of hearing party-line bashing, from BOTH SIDES.
Back to this snide comment about my newness.. True im not a political guru, true i haven't been "Freeping" since 97. Does it really matter? Maybe if I had a laptop when I did my back-to-back tours of Afghanistan and Iraq, MAYBE i wouldn't be so new. Maybe then you could respect my opinion.
Maybe you are so caught up in being "Republican", that you are blinded of the greater good. Im on GWB's side... if he screws up and loses, im going to give the other guy a chance. Im not a RINO, or whatever other cute name you have for me. Im a citizen, a disabled veteran, and.. oh yeah... a person of newness ...
