Lockhart said on the conference call today with the media that the missing explosives would be the "central issue for the rest of the campaign." This is really going to be funny on talk radio tomorrow. The Kerry campaign will be put on the defensive and so will MSM. Another win for Bush and another nail in the coffin for Kerry.
