1998 ???That's what I've heard, which seems logical, because that's when the UN was kicked out of Iraq. I think when the UN stumbled on the cache at the time, is when the UN got the boot.

That is when the U.N. weapons inspectors were kicked out during the Clinton administration. Then when they went back in before we invaded, they didn't find anything. Wouldn't they have if the weapons weren't already missing? Or did they just not do their job this last go-round?
