Help needed to unravel the financial dealings of John Kerry and his key money people

MJB Posted on Mon Oct 25, 2004 12:12 pm  Your help is urgently needed – over on the Swift Vets message board there’s a thread that trying to unravel the financial dealings of John Kerry and a number of his key money people.

There are some incredible people on this board – NavyChief, who did the leg work leading to Thomas Lipscomb’s recent article that Kerry was the only possible author of the after action report that led to his own Bronze Star medal; Navy Wife – who has helped to compile and post a treasure trove of documents relating to Kerry’s time in service; and now …Geano, who has posted an amazing amount of work on the financial relationships between these players.

Time is running out – this is the sort of juicy story that a principled reporter should be tracking down…but enough said.

Can we use the power of the bloggers to cut through this issue and see if we can tie these threads together????

We CAN’T let Kerry win!!!! It would be disastrous on so many levels. I’m emailing my little heart out (my blog always seems to take last priority…) and volunteering over at the Bush-Cheney headquarters in St Paul (more hours this week than ever before). Please, please help mobilize the power of the Internet to do some more work on this critical topic. Maybe if the folks over on the Swiftie board had some additional intellectual firepower from your readers, we could pull these threads together….

Geano outlines the connections in the first 4 pages. We now have 8 pages of research on top of that…. Bits and pieces of this have all come out before – this is the first time I’ve seen a serious effort to tie these pieces together.

There’s links between Kerry, his staffers, the POW/MIA coverup at the Pentagon, big bucks coming out of Vietnam for his family and buddies, AIG Insurance corp, “the big 5” democratic donors, drug trade and the money involved in stem cell research.

Thank God the Internet is having the impact it’s having – or this really would be in the tank for Kerry.

I think others should email these folks, and other bloggers as well. This whole thing has been fed by emails and personal connections.

Tell your friends!!! Email portions to them!!! Ask the bloggers to help!!!

This sounds to me like a Moorism... If there is real corruption then it should be brought up, but I think we don't need conspiracy theories to win elections. We should leave the fabrications for the Democrats.

I`m not sure if it`s anything new to them, but there`s a web site http://www.openairwaves.org/default.aspx it`s the home for the Center For Public Integrity: Investigative Journalism in the Public Interest, they list major links to 527 groups and other financial dealings as well as links to media outlets and who owns them, and government contracts. I was trying to follow the 527 groups, their contributors, their donors and Heinz money as it relates to terrorist organizations(hammas, KLF, Barrio Warriors) through the Tides Foundation and the Tides Center, the SEIU, AFSCME, and the usual suspects ACT, ACRON, etc. it gets so convoluted with the groups donating to each other and themselves, that I have no hope in following it. Any info I found I got at openairwaves and by doing "google" searches on the various groups. I don`t know if this helps any, but there you are.

IIRC, Kerry was put in charge of finding the missing POW's after the Vietnam war. He said there were none.

IIRC, the movies MISSING IN ACTION, and RAMBO had reference to a SENATOR who, after sending them to find POW's, didn't want them to return successfully.

I believe in one of the movies, the SENATOR was mentioned by name.

If we could find this, we could use HOLLYWOOD'S own weapon against itself.

I, for some reason, can hear CHUCK NORRIS saying, "Senator Kerry".

Does anyone remember this?

On August 2, 1991, the United States Senate approved a resolution introduced by Sen. Robert Smith providing for the creation of a Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs to serve during the remainder of the 102nd Congress.


In October, 1991,a Chairman (Sen. John Kerry), Vice-chairman (Sen. Robert Smith), and ten additional Members were appointed to the Committee. A resolution providing funding was approved. The hearings began on November 5, 1991. The Committee’s Final Report was issued on January 13, 1993.
