NYT DEVELOPING EXCLUSIVE FRONT PAGE STORY ON TERRORISTS AND EXPLOSIVES. EDITOR HAS SET LEAD POSITION FOR STORY, NEWSROOM SOURCES TELL DRUDGE... DEVELOPING...
I agree with whomever it was that suggested the signup feature needs to be turned off until next Wednesday.
We can't have a red sox win. The sox represent massoftwocraps and any win for MA is a loss for normal American states. As long as MA is a liberal holdout they must lose every game until the people of MA come down to earth. Sorry but that is how I feel.
Yeah. This is pathetic. Oh wait, the sky is falling and so on.
From front page... Joel Mowbray is going to allege that John Kerry did not meet with ALL members of the UN Security Council, as Kerry stated in a speech
exactly. Anyone who is shocked or distraught over this news, or any other news that surfaces this next week, needs to take a deep breath and count to ten. And FGS, stop posting the sky is falling crap. How about just lurking for a few days, scared people? It would do ALL of us a world of good.
I think the reality is that a story like this in a notorious left-wing outlet like the NYT will be decidely lost on the so-called undecideds because the implications of the article will fly over their head. They won't be sure how they're too feel and that's an ineffective if not useless battering tool. The DUI was effective because it was seemingly straight forward in what a typical emotional reaction would be: this guy's an irresponsible drunk...do I want him as my president? It worked because it didn't provide time for people to remove emotion from logic and say wait...in the past. This has no legs as far as I'm concerned and I suspect in the eyes of the undecideds because it's just too darned convulated. Plus uh, it just means that there WERE weapons...
Oh, blah blah blah.
This is nothing, non-starter, non-story.
What REALLY annoys me are morons running around trying to scare folks over this crap.
If it makes you feel any better, I know about a little something that is going to hit Kerry HARD this week.
I can't say any more.
I listen to WABC in NYC. We've got the baseball game on. No Drudge.
Hey now lets now go overboard.....i am fairly new here and brother your gonna have to drag me out kickin and screamin
Could you please quit cluttering the thread with "this is a troll" posts. You lost your credibility very early on and now you are just wasting space on my screen.
When I signed up you could not post a thread, and I did not, for quite some time.
Anyone who posts the first few days they are here is here for an agenda, ie, using this board to get some publicity.
Personally I take offense at that. Maybe it's just me.
Only if you think it is. The spin is the problem. Actually it says Saddam had these things, something they usually deny. But they will spin this like crazy against the President, not for him, justifying the war.
Kerry has obviously known this awhile, considering his comments during the debate.
How many "security moms" read The New York Times fuhevvinsakes? How many people are on to this supposed "October Surprise" phenomenon? Even the dumb ones have learned from reality TV that reality isn't really reality. (Howzat fer a fine sentence?) People are well aware that the MSM pulls this type of stunt, and I believe we actually have ol' Dan Rather to thank for that.
Four years of honesty, integrity, leadership and faith supercede anything they can cook up this late in the game.
Exactly... it is a complex story, and people won't have a clue how to interpret it (or they will tune out).
Harmless.
Really! Did I miss anybody? ;^)
what is this about Powerline?
Great, this is not the "october surprise" we wanted. Sounds like Kerry will milk this for the next week, unless there is some substantial news that gets more attention.
It is very easy for Kerry to blame Bush for Iraq, but the fact is, Kerry's policy of "peace through surrender" would have produced far worse problems.
There will be upwards of 3,000 new FReepers signing up in the next 10 days or so and 90% of them will be good solid conservatives. That's more than signed up in our entire first year. No way will I turn them away in fear of a few liberal troll accounts. We will ZOT the lib trolls as they turn up as always. That's the conservative way. LOL
jmstein... what's the debunking?
