My impression also. Part of Philadelphia where the streets were planned before the automobile was invented. I sure hope they know what they're doing. Or, let me rephrase this: I sure hope they DON'T know what they're doing, and tick off a lot more suburban Philly and NJ commuters than they inspire!

Really? The area must have changed a lot since I went to school! (Unless, of course, you don't care if your car is still there when you get back!)

I agree. It's a stinking nightmare driving around that area in normal traffic at 10:00 AM. If any kind of crowd shows up, this will tick off a lot of people, I'll wager.
