Worth noting this is a DIFFERENT poll than the newspaper poll from yesterday that ALSO showed Bush up.
However, another new poll has Arkansas tied. (The same poll two weeks ago had Bush up 9.)
To: West Coast Conservative
Now that is almost unbelievable.....
Every Military man (Past and Present ) , in Hawaii must be voting for Bush.

Just a little while ago a read here at FR that polls show Kerry ahead in Hawaii...It is maddening..Maybe FR should ban all polls from the site until 11/2...this can cause strokes in people.

This is incredible. Between this, flyover country data and the internals of the polls it is difficult to understand how Kerry is even close in the National polls.

Maybe those in Hawaii realize it wasn't Adolf Hitler that bombed Pearl Harbor yet after it was bombed the USA determined to rid the world of fascism whereever it existed??
Just a thought

You know, it's kind of embarassing being from Washington...which is now even more leftist than Hawaii. At least those of us conservatives who lived here could point to California and Hawaii (and Oregon, which is also too close to call now) and just laugh off the whole region as being loony. Now there's fewer to point at and Washington just goes further leftist every day. Ugh.
Gotta get out of Washington...

Cable TV ads might win Hawaii for Bush.

IMHO, "Remember Pearl Harbor", may have something to do with the Hawaii vote for Bush

"Aloha means hello and goodbye, Senator Kerry."
The perfect word for Kerry. Same word, two opposite meanings.

HI is a state where whites are the "minority". Kerry has done little to appeal to the people of color. Minority groups see Kerry as a white elitist snob.
