I am watching all day today and they are playing Kerry clip after Kerry clip. They are really beginning to hack me off.

And here my cable company just turned on the FNC feed yesterday.

Guess I will pick a few select shows and forget about the rest.

She is a self-professed "progressive Democrat", but she did used to lean more towards the conservative side.

When push comes to shove, the Dems are always going to stick up for one of their own. Besides, these Democrat women can't stand to think of GW Bush being able to fill some potential vacancies on the Supreme Court. You know, the whole "control over my own body" thing?

the analysis of FNC is simple - they built their network on the backs of conservatives, becasue they knew there was s void to fill where they could assemble an audience and some ratings quickly. Now they they have "arrived", they are moving left to become more manstream to blend in with the rest of the programming in their industry. Its as simple as that - they are flat out telling us that they don't think they need us as viewers anymore, so why shouldn't I listen to them?

Good point. What they don't know or are not thinking about is: We turned off the others (ABC, NBC, CBS, etc) and we can sure turn them off as well!

That's the way I see it too. And O'Reilly has been leading the way. But I think Fox will make sure it stays to the right of MSM overall.

I always thought that Quinn seemed more pro-Bush. I don't know about Jane Skinner, though.

Amen Kitty!! I think I might "try" and do the same. I'm about sick of seeing good polls only to have more come out and counteract them then have the MSM all but say kerry has won. It's getting to be to much. I think we're all on sensory overload and about to snap--both sides.

It's time to take a deep breath, turn off the TV, and step away from the computer.

what we need is simple:

the Talk Radio Television Network

it could take the top talk radio personalities (Rush aside, since he streams pay video of his show) and run their shows like Imus televises his radio show on MSNBC. We could have a good variety of people from all over the country: Laura Ingraham, Savage, etc with a 1-2 hour block for their shows - taking callers, interviewing people, etc.

Its can't miss idea in my opinion - with low startup costs, since these shows are produced anyway, you just need to get some cameras in there and tighten up the formats.

I sure don't see anything funny with the way FNC treated the swift boat vets.
I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about O'Reilly? [He's so full of himself.] Sean Hannity sure hasn't mistreated them, has he?

Sean is the only one at FNC who treated the vets with objectivity. The rest, O'Reilly, Hume, I don't know about Smith, all sized them up as "right wing" extremists from the start.

There was no reason to do that, and that was when I began to notice fox's shift left. A major shift left.

already sent them an e-mail a few weeks back...they are entering the "power zone" and it's putting cancer in the format...they had better turn around and remember who got them where they were yesterday...
