Quick observations: Almost all the quotes from blacks in this article sound totally racist. "They spend their money on their own", etc. Embarrassing for a group that is supposed to understand the evils of racism. An unreported substory is the flooding of NJ with third world immigrants (read democrat voters) when the state is already the most densely populated.
None of this should be a surprise consider the racist hypocrisy of black "leaders" like Jesse Jackson, Sharpton etc.
Many blacks don't believe that the black race is capable of racism, only evil white men and now Hispanics! I'm not saying every black or even a majority believes this but a sizable number do. I've had conversations with them about this, they see it as almost genetic to the white race. They also hold to the notion multigenerational blood guilt, that present white generations must pay for the sins of the fathers....even if many white men came to this country thru the early 1800's thru 1920's, and were never guilty of slavery!
Strange -- in LA, blacks complain that Asians are 'taking away business from blacks', in NJ they complain about Latinos. Now Asians are the most entrepreneurial minority and are bounding up the social ladder -- with no affirmative action. I think it's time blacks stopped making excuses and realised we're no longer in the 60s (some blacks probably already feel that way -- and COndi Rice and Colin Powell are perfect examples of the kind of NON-HYPHENATED AMERICANS we should become)
