OREGON !! Wow....
<rant>State governments and the residents themselves surely bear considerable responsibility for the unemployment level. Apparently, the people of the "great" state of Oregon are satisified with their legislature's success at establishing a tax/incentive structure that keeps businesses out of their state, and a dole that provides the unemployed with comfort level that "motivates" them to remain uneployed.</rant>
If anyone from the great state of Oregon is offended, then good. I won't even read some sob story about how it's someone else's fault.
