Sorry, but I don't have time to do the whole transcript but basically, absolutely every time John O'Neill tried to give details of sKerry's actions in Vietnam this O'Donnell nutcase started shouting, "LIE, THAT'S A LIE!", etc. He kept this up for the entire time that Mr. O'Neill tried to speak.
Maybe shouting is not a good word.....screaming might be a better word.....as if he had really gone into some kind of insane fit.
It was quite straight-forward; here's the transcript:
Lawrence O'Donnell: (Said with increasing vehemence, rapidly, non-stop)-- "Liar! Liar! Liar! Liar! Liar! LIAR!" (picture your 6th grade playground).
John O'Neill: "We actually believe that the Truth is worth pursuing. Are you saying that all 243 of us are liars then? You can either pursue the Truth and have an orderly society or you can just shout the Truth down and have chaos."
L O'D: "LIAR! LIAR! LIAR!" (face gets red and redder).
Moderator: "Lawrence, you simply must give Mr. O'Neill an opportunity to speak."
O'Neill speaks. Lawrence GRIPS his lips together, smiles an off-his-rocker 'smile' and sits there.

With Pat and sometimes John talking over him most of the time, about the only real word you could hear was liar, over and over again.
After a commercial break Pat and Larry were both yelling at each other. O'Neill never once raised his voice. O'Donnell behaved like a spoiled child who refused to listen to anything he didn't want to hear.
O'Donnell has been particularly disgusting lately with his Mary Cheney comments. Now he is just acting like a petulant child.

That's pretty much it.
As soon as Buchanan finishes his question and asks for O'Neill to respond, O'Donnell literally talks over him, "It's lies, all LIES! You're a liar, a LIAR! Where are his initials, his initials, his initials, lies, all lies, LIAR, you're a LIAR!!". Just constant like that. Would imagine that a transcript of it would really be impossible to write.
At one point, Buchanan goes to commercial to get a fresh start, but otherwise isn't effective.
Also, I had the impression that this OD just didn't want the American public to actually be able to hear what Mr. O'Neill had to say.....didn't want anyone to be able to hear the truth.
What did he say?
