Something unbelievable just went down on MSNBC's Scarborough Country. Lawrence O'Donnell screamed at John O'Neill for two segments as substitute host Pat Buchanan hopelessly tried to moderate. O'Donnell interrupted O'Neill every few seconds, repeatedly called the Vietnam veteran a "liar" and a "creep," and sneered, scowled, and shouted at the top of his lungs about how O'Neill did nothing to stop the war.
O'Neill was his usual calm, dignified self--trying civilly to inject facts into the hate-filled O'Donnell's tirades. I swear O'Donnell acted like he was on something. He looked and sounded absolutely crazed. The scene was eerily reminiscent of this.

That segment rated wayyyy up on the Tacky Screaming Sissy B*tch Meter, Smoote.
Though O'Neil held his ground and got in some good shots himself.
Buchannan should be ashamed. And O'Donnell should soak his head in a bucket of boiling oil.
The only thing I can compare it to would be Chris Matthews and James Carville's Hissy Fit when they ambushed Michelle Malkin about "Unfit For Command". When she was supposed to be talking about her own book two months back.

Larry has been getting very disturbed the past few weeks through today on The McLaughlin Group, as well.
Something has cracked with him. He hasn't been that obtuse with his hatred before.
He sounded liquored up. Sounds like Lawrence O'Donnell is angling for a job in the Kerry administration.
Disagree, whether calculated or not, he came off as a nut.
Mom and Pop America are not going to respond to this kind of venom. He might have scored points with Soros and the ACT UP people, but he lost most of the audience.
If it was calculated, it was still STUPID.

O'Donnell is a nut, and he just helped the Vets and severely damaged his career. IMO
