The Myth of the Disenfranchised

On October 21, the Associated Press reported: "Sen. John Kerry, bracing for a potential fight over election results, will not hesitate to declare victory Nov. 2 and defend it, advisers say. He also will be prepared to name a national security team before knowing whether he's secured the presidency."

The FACTS are that the City of St. Louis has been run by DEMOCRATS. There has NEVER been a Republican in charge City Hall.

During the 1960's the Mayors were Raymond R. Tucker who served from 1953-1965 and then AJ Cervantes from 1965-1973.

The politics of the City of St. Louis are closely connected to organized crime. Mayor AJ Cervantes's right hand man and confident was Morris Shenker who ran the mob in St. Louis and Las Vegas.

The first black mayor to be elected was in the 1980's. Mayor Boswell's office was riffed with corruption as well.

I was born and raised in the City of St. Louis. The Democrats ran the City and still do with an iron fist.

IMHO the politicians in control of City Hall have no interest in serving their constituents, whether black or white.

We have all been hosed for the last 60+ years! The Democrats in power simply are looking to line their pockets with cash, accumulate power and pass it on to their sons and daugthers.

The City is ranked #1 in the United States in crime. Why? Because the politicians just don't give a damn. They keep trying to revitalize downtown St. Louis and the Federal Government keeps throwing in good money after bad. Thanks to the connections of Thomas Eagleton and Dick Gephardt, Clay Banks (deceased) and Clay Banks, Jr.

Pruitt Igoe was a Federal disaster and life for the average African American living in the City of St. Louis is below the national average, thank you DEMOCRATS!

The only good think about St. Louis City is the Cardinals and the RAMS. The only time you see downtown St. Louis "thriving" is when there is a game either at Bush Stadium or the Edward D. Jones Dome.
